With a team of graphic conservators, xatra gmbh has extensive expertise in the conservation and restoration of works of art on paper, such as drawings, prints, large-format cartons or posters. For more than 30 years, our team of conservators has been restoring and conserving prints and drawings from private and public collections. In doing so, we work according to the international charters and guidelines, which are the ethical maxims that form the basis of our restorative work. We develop new conservation and restoration technologies and adapt them to the respective requirements and tasks.
We manufacture customised systems for storage, transport, presentation and monitoring of art collections. Based on tested materials and international standards, we develop individually suitable, economic and strategic solutions for collection and exhibition projects for each customer. In doing so, we consistently rely on scalable solutions and certified materials.
